Social Media Co-ordinator  - START ASAP 

Approx 2 -3 days per week - would suit someone keen to grow into fulltime 

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Coordinator to join the TLSE  team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies, working on client Brand Development and Marketing. 

 

The role will involve assisting to build and execute social media strategies as well as generate, edit, publish and share daily content and prepare monthly reports. You will also be required to work within a team to build, create and grow the brands you are working across. 

 

 Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategies

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

  • Optimise accounts within each platform to increase the visibility of brand’s social content

  • Create content that is informative and appealing

  • Measure and report 

  • Create content calendars

  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies

  • Use social media marketing tools 

  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation

  • Prepare monthly reports and analytics for each account and make recommendations on improvements, areas of growth, optimisation

 

Requirements

  • Proven 2 -3  years working experience in social media marketing or public relations

  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and other social media best practices

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Experience working on multiple brands at once

  • Experience with working with and communicating to clients both electronically and face to face

  • Happy to work with instruction

  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • Show initiative

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics and advantage

 

Art Director/Graphic Designer to lead, manage and deliver on branding, web design, and digital projects.

 

Working with our Creative Director and also support our marketing and social media teams for all in-house and client projects.

 

 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Work alongside our Creative Director to design and workshop beautiful projects

  • Create stunning website designs and prepare all files for handover to our development partners

  • Collaborate with our marketing team in the creation of EDMs and digital ads

  • Support our social media team with the creation of digital assets and the creation of templates for ongoing use

  • Develop regular EDMs – Mailchimp and Klaviyo

  • Deliver beautiful layout and publication design – for both print and digital

  • Design management of projects and a junior designer 

  • Client facing to determine project objectives and deliverables

  • Maintain brand and visual consistency across all deliverables in house and with for our clients

 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency with design software, including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Adobe XD are a must.

  • Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping

  • Ability to workshop ideas with our clients making sure their vision and goals are achieved (both online and in-person)

  • Mailchimp and Klaviyo use

  • UX and UI understanding to be able to deliver on website audits

  • Understanding of the web development process to be able to handover designs for development

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – managing multiple projects at once with quick turn around times.

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

  • Work with an all-female team
