Located at the crossroads of surf breaks and rice paddies, you'll find THE SLOW.

Upon arriving, one can choose to peace out or go play; and peace out we did, for our brunch at The Slow's Eat & Drink quarter was nothing short of inspiring. The light and airy restaurant, under a highline of botanical chandeliers, is a magnetic meeting spot with friendly service and a bohemian sensibility; and with the food a contemporary take on ingredient-focused cooking with an island accent, our senses were overloaded with beauty at every corner and every mouthful.

While we were there, we were fortunate enough to interview George Gorrow, co-owner of The Slow with wife Cisco, (George together with partner Gareth Moody, founded the world renowned and iconic fashion label Ksubi).
