WHAT'S THE ROLE:

 

Social Media Content Creator

We're ooking for someone with knowledge of the lifestyle and homewares industry to create and manage content for socials for TLSE and the brands we work with.

 

The position will be ongoing, approximately 2 days per week. With a view for more, pending workload. You get to work with a small team but then work remotely on tasks. It's a nice balance.

 

Ideally, you'll have the following:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar in-house or agency role 

• Results and client-oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Creating compelling content from scratch to work in line with brand strategy

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent relationship skills

• Strong initiative and self motivation

• Great project and time management skills

• Attention to detail focussed and be highly organised

• Have the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on multiple projects at any one time

• Design-focused to manage layouts and the feed.

• Creative thinking and aware of trends 

• Able to think on your feet to create quick, relatable content

• Content skills for creating for social media

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Expert knowledge of the processes required to run successful social media campaigns across all social media platforms ( mainly instagram and Tik Tok)

• Develop, implement and manage multiple client social media accounts including Planning, Production, Publishing and community management and manage multiple client social media accounts including content management, caption writing, account development, monthly reporting + client liaison

• Assist with copywriting editorial content

• Work closely with members of the team and contribute to ideation and client development
