BROWN IS THE NEW BLACK: A LOOK INTO THE 2019 AUTUMN FASHION FORECAST

From the runway to our wardrobes, we've embraced an abundance of block colours and bright hues this Summer. With Autumn approaching, it's refreshing to see the return of subtler shades and timeless silhouettes; a nod to the comfort found in simpler traditions and ritualised, down-to-earth living.

The subtlety comes in the form of earthy tones, with crowd favourites in the spotlight such as Terracotta, Desert Sand and Clay Brown.

We've steered away from tired tones of navy and black, with warmer tints reminding us that there's so much more to womens workwear, lounge wear and accessories.

At the beach we're replacing loud neon swimsuits with natural maillots, and in our day-to-day, wicker baskets and rope bags filled with fresh produce have become our go-to's - especially come Saturday at the local market!

Earthy Tones are also invading our beauty routines; natural, barely tinted and glowy products are having a moment, reminding us of the simple joys found in natural beauty.
