A small, in-person experience for women in business
3 days - 2 Nights

I created the Business Reset & Clarity Retreat because I love working with women, especially in business and I thought it would be nice to do it over a few days at a special place to drop in and give time to let magic bubble to the surface.
So many women I work with are capable, committed, and already doing the work — but don’t have the space to step back and think clearly or actually get time to talk about their business.
When you’re running a business day to day, clarity gets crowded out by decisions, noise, and responsibility. This experience is designed to change that.
The Retreat is designed to be small, in-person business experience for women who are already in business — or preparing to start — and want clarity, confident decision-making, and a clear plan forward.
What to expect over the three days
Over three days at Casita, we slow everything down so we can look properly at your business.
Each day is a mix of:
focused conversations and strategy sessions
time to think, reflect, and talk things through,
practical work around direction, messaging, and next steps
shared meals and relaxed, thoughtful discussions
space away from distractions so ideas can settle
We work through:
where you are now
what’s working and what isn’t
what’s keeping you stuck or second-guessing your next move and what needs to be built next
You'll leave with clarity you trust, decisions made, and a clear plan you can act on immediately.
Why the group is intentionally small
This experience is kept very small by design.
I want to work closely with each woman — to listen properly, ask the right questions, and support real clarity. A small group allows for deeper conversations, personalised guidance, and a safe, supportive environment where you can speak honestly and think out loud without judgement.
This isn’t about group hype. It’s about real progress.

What you get from me
You will work directly with me for the entire experience.
I bring over 30 years of experience across creative direction, brand strategy, content, styling, and business growth. I’ve built and run businesses, worked closely with founders and creatives, and spent years supporting women who carry a lot — ideas, ambition, responsibility — often all at once.
I’m there throughout the three days — guiding, challenging, cooking, supporting, feeding you and helping you cut through in the most efficient and considered way possible.
This isn’t a course or a mastermind. It’s a safe, supportive space where you’re held accountable by someone who has been there, and who does this day in day out.
Who this is for
It's for women who:
are already in business or preparing to start
feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps
want clarity before making their next move
value face-to-face work, thoughtful strategy, and real conversation
If you’re craving space to reset, clear thinking, and confident direction, this experience was created for you.
Casita was designed as a place to slow down and reset. Located in Jervis Bay, created by me, it’s a calm, space and the perfect setting for a business reset where real conversations, focus, and direction can unfold.

The Business Reset Retreat at Stay Casita, Jervis Bay offers women in business a peaceful space to gain clarity, confidence, and direction. Through strategy sessions, thoughtful conversations, and personal guidance, attendees can reset and refocus on their goals. Much like varsity jackets with patches represent identity and achievement, this retreat helps women build a business journey they can proudly own and showcase with confidence.
Sometimes stepping away from everyday pressure is exactly what we need to think clearly and move forward with confidence. Reading this reminded me of a stressful time while preparing for certifications, when I felt so overwhelmed that I even searched hire someone to take my comptia exam for me out of frustration. Experiences that create space for clarity and better decision-making really can change how we approach challenges.
As per my experience as a student, I really relate to the idea that stepping back is often what brings the most clarity. When you’re constantly managing responsibilities, it becomes difficult to think strategically or reflect on the bigger picture, so having dedicated space for that feels really valuable. Creating an environment where women can pause, reconnect with their goals, and let ideas naturally develop sounds both grounding and empowering. In a similar way, I sometimes find myself so overwhelmed with studies that I even think take my exam online just to relieve pressure and regain focus. Overall, this kind of retreat concept seems like a meaningful way to support clarity, creativity, and confidence in business decision-making.
The Business Reset Retreat at Stay Casita, Jervis Bay, offers entrepreneurs and creatives a refreshing space to rethink their goals, recharge their mindset, and develop smarter business strategies. Surrounded by the peaceful coastal beauty of Jervis Bay, attendees can step away from daily stress and focus on innovation, growth, and collaboration with like-minded professionals. Retreats like this often inspire new ideas for scaling services and improving brand identity. For businesses in creative industries, including digitizing services for embroidery, such retreats can spark fresh strategies for reaching global clients, improving service quality, and building stronger digital presence while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and long-term business vision.
Designing an immersive multi-day retreat allows for deep reflection and strategic clarity that short sessions rarely achieve. Time and environment function as catalysts for insight and prioritization. Much like integrating into a controlled system, meaningful results depend on structured setup, alignment, and participant engagement rather than spontaneous effects alone.
