Part four of Heidi's Christmas Hacks, and Heids shows us how to put together some special Christmas drinks and desserts for all your sweet-toothed guests.





"I like to be super organised at the best of times, but with Christmas being such a special time it needs a little extra organising; anything I can do to prepare earlier for the day I tick off the list as soon as I can.


Preparation is the key for Christmas gatherings. Make your ice cubes up to a week before you need them and it's just a matter of assembling the punch on the day. Same goes for the ice-cream pudding; make it a week, a day, whatever time you can before Christmas day and pop it in the freezer and forget until its time for pudding


It’s just a matter of putting the finishing touches on the day.
