Set right on the “golden mile” of Seminyak beachfront, Tropicola is a riot of movement and colour with a strong sense of nostalgia (think 80s pool club) and a nod toward tropical destinations like Miami, Acapulco, Palm Springs, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The space sprawls across multiple levels with three bars and two pools (because why not?!). Tropicola features its own resident beverage director, well-travelled and super experienced Denny Deluca Del Paso, so you know you will be guaranteed a selection of seriously refreshing and delicious bespoke cocktails. The venue even has its own signature drink - the Tropicolada - a piña colada with jackfruit in place of pineapple.
Tropicola’s kitchen is centred on wood-fired cooking and is helmed by Steve Skelly - the man behind the delicious eats at Motel Mexicola. The menu is honest and built around local, quality produce - fresh seafood, grilled meats and simply prepared vegetables.
