LUXURY HOUSE-STYLE APARTMENTS ARE MAKING A STATEMENT IN TEMPLESTOWE

If there's one thing we love, it's feasting our eyes on beautiful homes - often regardless of whether we're actually in the market to buy! And when this project from KUD, Hub Property Group, John Patrick Landscape Architects, Hewson Property Developers, and Pontem Group landed in our inbox, we had already begun imagining our dream lives in one of these gorgeous house-style apartments.

The project, titled Serpells Place, features 19 luxury apartments that are sure to put previously unsung Templestowe in Melbourne's outer suburbs on the map. With design inspiration sourced from the suburb's lush surrounds, the build features robust materials, clean lines and plenty of greenery.

Each level of the complex is distinct, creating layers of "design moments" - fluid lines and curves created by the lush vines connecting them. What follows within is equally as considered, with no expense spared on appliances, fixtures and fittings. Taking advantage of the lush landscape that inspired many elements of the build, soaring windows provide seamless flow, creating an immersive experience.

The piece de resistance? The kitchen! With gorgeous marble benches, a butlers pantry, bars and plenty of storage, the kitchen design is larger and more impressive than what you'd expect in many houses.

Community was also an important element in this build, and each resident will have access to communal gardens and spaces, as well as ease of access to local amenities and transport.

“Serpells Place ensures privacy and easy at-home entertaining for its residents, but should they decide to head out, Templestowe village awaits with its plethora of cafes, restaurants and stores,” said Director Joel Hewish.

Want one for yourself? We can't blame you! Prices start at $1.2 million with a penthouse available for $3 million. Enquire here.
